Ordering Information

How to order Retail @dvantage PC:

Retail @dvantage PC software, including demos, must be ordered through a Global Payments member bank or financial institution. Pricing information requests should also be directed to the bank, as price may vary depending upon services requested and/or supported by the bank.

Live software requires the member bank or financial institution to first establish your Global Payments account relating to your merchant account(s). This procedure will generate the Terminal ID(s) which the programs utilize for transaction processing. Once completed your software will be preconfigured with all merchant and account information prior to shipping .
Demo software does not require the Global Payments account establishment described above. However the Demo must be sponsored and requested by your merchant bank or financial institution

Retail @dvantage PC Versions 4.0c and 4.0e:
Global Payments Inc. is in the process of certifying versions 4.0c and 4.0e. These new versions will support Microsoft Windows VISTA and also include new features such as a SSL connectivity option, Native support for USB card readers, and maintain compliance with new Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards. (PCI/DSS,PABP/CISP).

Build 12 for Versions 3.4c & 3.4e have been Released as of January 1, 2009.
This new build adresses the New Double Receipt Truncation requirements, mandated by some states and also contains a few other minor bug fixes.

All New and Replacement orders will automaticallly receive the new build.
Existing merchants are not required to obtain the new build unless it is mandated in that merchant's state.
